Neener, neener. I can || park, and other cool things.

I can now || park. Yes, after only 16 years of driving, I’ve finally learned. Probably because I have the world’s smallest car, and no money for a $50 monthly parking pass, but I just started doing it, damn the consequences and all the bumpers. Actually I haven’t hit anyone yet, but I’m sure it’s just a matter of time.

So it got me to thinking.  Now that I can parallel park, I bet I can probably do other cool things that’ll leave you green with envy. Let me think on it a bit. Oh! I know.

I can:

  • clean up pee-dog or child’s-like no one’s business.
  • incur late fees on every credit card without even trying. And, actually, with trying not to. Now that takes talent.
  • make a mean peanut butter sandwich. No crusts!
  • learn what the bullet list button is for after just 3 short months of posting
  • talk myself into being afraid in virtually any situation
  • choose, uncannily, the unhealthiest but tastiest food on any menu
  • ditto for alcoholic drinks (priciest but tastiest)
  • become sick of any hairstyle in less than 1 day
  • plan 2 years into the future but not 2 weeks from now

What’s your superpower?

I never did get the hang of parallel parking….I STILL break out in a sweat when I have to do it, and I had a manual car and lived in a neighborhood in Seattle where NO ONE had driveways. So, go you! lol

My super power is that I can always pick the longest line! Every time! Even when I’m trying to pick the shortest line!

Yes, poo picker up IS a very special superpower. It makes me want to hurl everytime, doesn’t matter whose poo it is.

I’m sure picking the longest line is some kind of metaphor for becoming one with the supermarket, or learning how to take simple moments to meditate on the meaning of life. Right? Cuz I do that a lot, too. :D

#1: I can put my glasses down somewhere - any imaginable, creative and nonsensical place - and then be unable to find them again…….. because I can’t see.

#2: AND I can suck up almost any solid object with my vacuum cleaner! Legos, blobs of gum, matchbox cars, ballpoint pens, marbles, etc. Fabulous! And by the way, this super-power always follows after #1 above has occured.
